What is your company’s value proposition?

What we try to deliver to our customers that makes us more valuable to them than our competitors is service. We’re in a business where our customers have numerous options on what parts to buy and who to buy them from. Many times we are selling the exact same product as our competitor.

We try to do is to differentiate our company by out-servicing the competition and being the best possible supplier and partner that we can be. This goes above and beyond delivering the right parts at the right price.

What does this nomination say about your business?

To me what is most significant about being nominated for this award is that we were nominated by our peers. This means that there are people who understand the business that we are in and are generally trying to accomplish the same things as we are, that look at our company and think that we are doing things as good as, if not better than most of distributors. That says a lot in my opinion.
