Karmak has released a document showcasing helpful tips and best practices for handling fleet consolidation within your customer base.
Written by Jason Goby, product owner at Karmak, the document covers five areas where aftermarket businesses can be affected by fleet consolidation, and the best steps for those businesses to withstand and profit from the changes.
“There is no magic wand you can wave that will guarantee that your business will be 100 percent ready for the challenges that come with fleet consolidation. And you can’t always guarantee that the new fleet manager will choose to continue in a business relationship with your shop,” says Goby. “But if you commit to winning their business all over again and follow some of the guidelines laid out, you will be well on your way to putting your business in the best position possible to succeed in an uncertain situation.”
