Fumoto Engineering has added an industrial line to its SX oil valve product offering, complementing its SX series for passenger vehicles and motorcycles.
According to Fumoto, the new line builds on the solid foundation of its previous industrial line by providing enhanced versatility and adjustability to make oil changes quicker and easier on the toughest machines, including big rigs and vocational trucks.
“We designed the SX Industrial valve to meet the rigors and challenges unique to industrial vehicle and big rig operators. Changing your oil shouldn’t stop your workflow. We want to help you maintain your workflow with easy oil maintenance,” says Fumoto President Yuho Yamamoto.
The company says new features on the SX Industrial oil valves include:
- 360-degree adjustability. Users can place the valve and lever wherever they choose, making it more convenient to activate the valve than ever before.
- Faster flow rate. Fumoto has increased the size of the ball valve resulting in some applications draining at double the speed of previous valve models.
- New lighter, stronger SX bolt. The new bolt is made of duralumin alloy, providing great strength and durability while also reducing stress on the oil drain port.
The Fumoto SX Industrial oil valve series is for industrial applications starting at 18mm thread sizes. Backed by the Fumoto Guarantee, the company says SX Industrial oil valves come with a 90-day satisfaction trial and Workmanship and Materials coverage.
