Bruckner Truck Sales has expanded in Arkansas with the recent acquisition of Shipley Motor Equipment Company, and its three locations in Fort Smith, Lowell and Pottsville. Shipley Motor Equipment Company has served the trucking industry for 74 years.
“We are excited to expand our presence into the Arkansas area with the acquisition of Shipley’s. They have a history of providing great customer service and a ‘Do what it takes’ attitude,” says Brian Bruckner, president, Bruckner Truck Sales. “We will continue to provide that same level of service with the existing team.”
As a part of Bruckner’s dealership group, Arkansas customers can now expect a larger inventory of Mack, Volvo and Hino trucks, an extensive parts inventory and new service offerings. Bruckner’s also will continue operating the existing body shop in Lowell, the company says.
Like Shipley Motors, Bruckner’s is a third-generation family operated business with deep roots in the trucking industry.

The locations, phone numbers and operating hours of the three Arkansas dealerships will remain the same, the company says.
