Fleet Equipment, a Memphis-Tenn.-based sales and service operation specializing in truck and trailer equipment, has operations in Nashville, Tenn., Dallas, Tupelo, Miss. and Atlanta.

Founded in 2000 by trucking industry executive Mark Welch, Fleet Equipment brings a history of extensive industry knowledge and experience, the ability to maintain large inventories for customers’ immediate needs and an established reputation for excellent service-after-the-sale, according to the announcement.
The CIE Manufacturing dealer network encompasses 16 dealers with 66 locations. CIE Manufacturing’s recent expansion into North American manufacturing at its facilities in South Gate, Calif., and Emporia, Va., will be a key driver in the continued growth of its dealer network model, the company says.
