The Gordon Truck Centers (GTC) dealer family has opened a new Freightliner Northwest facility in Albany, Ore.

According to GTC, the new facility was added to expand the coverage area for customers residing in and traveling through Albany. The store is located off I-5 at exit 238, just south of the new Love’s Truck Stop.

The company says the parts and service facility will offer OEM and aftermarket parts, truck and trailer repairs and service, certified technicians for service on Cat, Cummins, Detroit and Mercedes engines, as well as Allison transmissions and Detroit axles, brakes and transmissions.

The facility formally opened today, with business hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, GTC says.

“We are extremely excited for this opportunity to increase parts and service coverage for our Albany customers,” says John Edwards, director of operations, GTC. “With a team of experienced technicians as well as parts and service support, we are ready to provide the same exceptional service Freightliner Northwest customers have come to expect, focusing on minimizing downtime while providing excellent communication and consistently superior customer service.”
