Inland Truck Parts & Service has completed construction and recently relocated into a new facility at 1950 Dyess Ave. in Rapid City, S.D.

Inland has operated parts sales, remanufacturing, and driveline services in Rapid City since 1984. In 2018, Inland added a full-service truck repair operation via an acquisition, which has been operating out of a separate facility. Now, this brand new 23,000 sq.-ft., facility brings Inland’s full offerings under one roof, the company says.

“Rapid City is experiencing a very robust economy, so it is perfect timing for us to complete our long-term vision in this South Dakota/Wyoming market,” says Greg Klein, president and CEO. “We feel it is a great resource to help us deliver on our value-added approach to taking care of our customers as well as giving our employee-owners a great place to come to work.”

This new facility marks the 30th new stand-alone facility Inland has constructed to bring the one-stop experience to customers needing a wide variety of parts and services. All of Inland’s new service shops are designed with state-of-the-art fluid transfer, shop ventilation, vehicle lifts, and LED lighting systems. This Rapid City service shop features 10 drive-thru service bays for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on all makes and models of trucks and equipment, the company adds.

“Our new facility is amazing,” says Matt Reinke, general manager, “We have been servicing our customers from two separate facilities since 2018, and we are excited to finally have everyone together working in one location.”

He adds, “Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in this industry and bringing everyone together will create more efficiencies and the best experience possible for our loyal customers.
