West End Radiators has officially acquired the assets of another radiator shop in Western Canada, Saskatoon Radiator Sales & Service Ltd., a long-running radiator business deeply rooted in the local Saskatoon community.
"We're taking the wheel in Saskatoon's radiator revolution,” says Wayne Feeleus, West End Radiator director of business development.
Operations have been seamlessly incorporated by West End Radiators; the previous team of three employees have been retained and are quickly adopting new practices and techniques for improved service to Saskatoon customers. This acquisition is the sixth for West End Radiators. Over the last 20 years, the company has purchased a number of its competitors in the Manitoba market, including Chevrier Radiator (2004), Garry Radiator (2009) and Rad Cores of Manitoba (2009), which made West End Radiator the province's only manufacturer of copper/brass radiator cores.
The company says the acquisition of Saskatoon Radiator Sales & Service Ltd., is the second shop West End Radiator has opened in the Saskatchewan market alongside West End Radiator Estevan, which opened in 2020. With these acquisitions and new shop openings across the Prairie provinces, West End Radiator has introduced their manufacturing line of heavy-duty aluminum cores to a new market, the company says.
