Clarience Technologies acquires Safe Fleet

Clarience Technologies, formerly Truck-Lite, announced Thursday it acquired Safe Fleet, which offers technology-enabled solutions for fleet video and evidence management, collision prevention, violation detection and other safety solutions.

Safe Fleet has more than 1.5 million video systems in the field, serving all kinds of fleets, including school transportation, transit, fire and emergency, law enforcement, work truck, commercial transportation, logistics, construction, agriculture, waste and recycling, industrial and military.
