Galleher Industries announced Thursday it's acquired Fleet Parts & Service Inc.
Gallaher manufactures and distributes lumber and fabricated metal components to truck body and trailer OEMs. It has locations in Pomona, California, and Kaufman, Texas. The company is backed by Boyne Capital Partners. Fleet Parts is based in Belleville, New Jersey, where it distributes aftermarket replacement truck body parts to truck leasing and repair companies, repair shops and private fleet operators.

"Providing replacement parts to end customers is a natural extension of our core business," says Brad Bowden, Galleher CEO. "Sourcing and inventory management are key strengths for both companies. We can now service both OEM and aftermarket customers coast to coast from our three locations across the U.S."
Boyne Managing Partner and CEO Derek McDowell says the acquisition represents an opportunity to expand Galleher's geographical reach and capabilities to support both OEMs and fleet operators.

Fleet Parts is Galleher's second acquisition in the past 18 months. Galleher is actively seeking other businesses to add to its platform.
