- Canoo appointed Deborah Diaz and James Chen to its board of directors. Josette Sheeran and Rainer Schmueckle resigned from the board, with Sheeran moving to the role of strategic advisor to the CEO.
- Hyzon announced Stephanie Mudgett as its new head of global communications and branding.
- Nikola's board of directors on Friday rejected a slate of nominees proposed by former Executive Chairman Trever Milton.
