Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has named Piotr Sroka president and CEO in addition to his chief operating officer responsibilities.

Sroka has been Bendix's COO since July 1. He also serves on the Bendix Leadership Committee and as president and CEO of the Bendix Executive Board, along with Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Indirect Purchasing and IT Dan Tassinari.

Previously, Sroka served as a member of the management board at Knorr-Bremse SfN, responsible for the European commercial vehicle systems division. He was also the senior executive leader for the global air supply and drivetrain business and industrial engineering and indirect purchasing for the commercial vehicle systems division.
Sroka has more than 20 years of international experience in the automotive industry. He was vice president of the integration management office at WABCO-ZF in Wroclaw, Poland, and also h eld roles at R.H. Sheppard Co., Inc., and Weldmet Industries, Delphi and Valvex S.A. He holds two master's degrees from the University of Technology in Rzeszów, Poland, and from the University of Economics in Stockholm, Sweden, and Kraków.
