Six Robblees is acquiring Valley Brake & Truck Parts, expanding its network in Idaho. This transaction expands the Six Robblees network to 22 locations in the Northwestern U.S. and expands the company’s expertise in friction and remanufacturing.

“Six Robblees operates twenty stores throughout the Northwest, from California to Alaska,” says Andy Robblee, president of Six Robblees. “This arrangement will offer the best of both worlds for our two respective companies and our customers. Valley’s expertise in suspension, brakes and friction products makes this an ideal combination for Six Robblees.”

With locations in Twin Falls and Nampa, Idaho, Valley Brake & Truck Parts is known as Idaho’s heavy duty brake and friction specialists. The company has a complete brake remanufacturing facility in Twin Falls.

Ray Alberdi, owner of Valley Brake & Truck Parts, and his team will remain on with Six Robblees in their current capacity.

“I’m excited that Valley Brake & Truck Parts will operate as a division of Six Robblees, with all key employees intact. The biggest gain will be seen by our customers – both current customers and the new ones we have yet to service. Simply a great opportunity to offer more of everything and grow our overall fire power,” says Alberdi.

Valley Brake & Truck Parts will begin operating as an entity of Six Robblees on May 5, 2014.
