Affinia Group announces Bill Fotino, founder of NAPD, a subsidiary of Affinia Group, will be retiring at the end of June.
“Since Affinia’s acquisition, Bill has played a crucial role in integrating NAPD into the Affinia family, while continuing to grow the business,” says Rick Pizarek, president of Affinia Global Chassis. “He has led the NAPD business with integrity and done a remarkable job preparing future leaders within NAPD to continue this path of success.”
Dominic Casareale will assume the role of vice president and general manager of the NAPD Chassis team. In his new role, Casareale will lead the organization at the NAPD facility in Ramsey, N.J. while also managing sales, marketing and product development, the company says.
