DuraClass makes staff changes

DuraClass introduces new Customer Service Manager Chad Hester and Customer Support employee Lee Storment.

Hester began his career with DuraClass as a product engineer in 1999, and was promoted to engineering manager in 2003. Most recently was working with TBEI/DuraClass as project manager for corporate-level new product development.

In Hester’s new role, he will oversee the newly-formed DuraClass Customer Service department, which will include all body/parts quoting, order entry, technical services and warranty processing, the company says.

“We are excited to have Chad leading our customer service department here at DuraClass,” says Steve McDonough, DuraClass general manager. “Chad’s experience with DuraClass products and distributors is invaluable, and we look forward to working together to bring a higher level of customer service to our DuraClass distributors.”

Storment comes to DuraClass after serving 14 years in the United States Army. After completing training, he will join the customer support area of the DuraClass customer service department.

“At DuraClass, we understand the need for continuous improvements in both response times and processes,” says Henry Bell, TBEI vice president of sales and marketing. “As we transition inside sales into the new DuraClass customer service department, we will offer our distributors dramatically improved response times by being able to simply contact customer service to accommodate their needs for body and parts quotes, placing all purchase orders and resolving any warranty issues.”
