Originally published in May, STEMCO’s release highlighted an improved warning system added to the system to help identify which tires are taking on the most air most often. The company says this advancement is key in that it enables drivers and fleet maintenance managers to easily identify tires that could be leaking and other related failures.
“There are a number of systems with warning lights that alert drivers when they have a tire taking air, but these systems do not tell the driver exactly where the problem is occurring,” says Chris Steph, STEMCO ITS segment business leader. “The STEMCO Aeris SmartSense driver alert system is the only system on the market that also indicates to the driver and maintenance team exactly where they are having issues.”
