Dayco announces new CEO

Dayco has a new CEO. Dr. Stephan Kessel, chairman of the Dayco board of managers, announces Nick Orlando, a Dayco Board member, will serve as CEO for Dayco.

“On behalf of the Board of Managers, we are pleased Mr. Orlando has accepted this responsibility and look forward to working with him in his new role,” says Dr. Kessel.

Orlando was most recently the CEO and president of Martinrea. Prior to Martinrea, he worked at Magna International, Inc., and its affiliates for seven years, culminating in his appointment as executive vice president and CFO of Cosma International, Inc., a Magna subsidiary and world leader in metal forming technologies.

After serving as Dayco CEO for two years, John Bohenick has decided to pursue other opportunities.

“We acknowledge John’s efforts and thank him for his commitment and dedication to Dayco. On behalf of everyone, we wish him well in his new business endeavors and thank him for his years of service,” says Dr. Kessel.
