Innovative Products of America announces its Super-MUTT diagnostic trailer testing system is now being used by the recently announced Michelin Truck Care network.
“The Michelin Truck Care Network utilizes the latest and most technologically advanced diagnostic tools available.” says Bruce Stockton, program director of Michelin Truck Care. “The Super MUTT is one of the tools that can perform for customers.”
The Super MUTT performs 96 critical points of inspection including: diagnostic troubleshooting, air brake leak-down testing, ABS code access and remote activation of electrical and air brake circuits, short circuit pulsing and ground integrity testing. IPA says it can be used in the shop, or transported by service truck to a depot for field inspection.
The Super MUTT also provides instant fault identifications and full activation of all circuits by remote control for a true, one-man testing. Utilizing this advanced equipment IPA says commercial dealers and service providers aim to reduce road side violations and safety hazards, thereby improving the CSA scores of their customers.
