What was the most useful tool you’ve purchased in 2014?

Service Opportunities Learning Days (SOLD) organizers are conducting a technician survey to identify “What tool or equipment did you purchase this past year that has made your job easier?”

The survey can be found at www.sold15.info, by clicking the Technician Survey section.

SOLD organizers say tools can include “scanners, alignment equipment, metric hammer with flashlight attached, rubber gloves, computers, tire repair equipment, vehicle lift, or whatever has made your job easier. This gives you, as the user of the tools, the opportunity to let the manufacturers know how valuable their products are in your business.”

Results of the survey will be announced by Tony Molla, vice president of communications for ASE, during a special tool and equipment session at the third-annual SOLD event on Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 at the Mirage in Las Vegas before the start of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW).

More information on the survey and two-day SOLD event also can be found on the website above. Interested parties also can register to attend the event through the website.
