As chief vision officer at Work Truck Solutions, Kathryn Schifferle focuses on uncovering ways to supercharge the company’s role in helping partners navigate the ever-evolving commercial vehicle industry, while also helping businesses efficiently find the right vehicles needed for their success.
Prior to her current role, Kathryn served as CEO since founding Work Truck Solutions in 2011. She is dedicated to increasing efficiency and simplicity within the commercial vehicle ecosystem. Her passion for work trucks and vans started in 2007 when she became the Executive Director for the National Ford Truck Club and began publishing FordPros magazine. Prior to that, she founded software and media companies in two other industries.
Kathryn is a 2025 recipient of The 100 Leading Women in the Auto Industry and the 2025 AutoSuccess Women at The Wheel award. She holds an MBA from California State University Chico.
