The Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) announced the participation of two distinguished speakers during TRALA's General Assembly at TRALA's 2024 Annual Meeting.
Mathias Carlbaum, president and CEO of Navistar, and a member of the TRATON SE Executive Board will be featured as the industry speaker, and Karl Rove, iconic political strategist and renowned pundit will serve as the keynote speaker. TRALA says both will share their insights and expertise with attendees at the upcoming event.
Karl Rove is a household name in the realm of American politics. His tenure as senior advisor to President George W. Bush and deputy chief of staff showcased his unparalleled expertise in shaping major political landscapes. A prolific writer and commentator, Rove's insights are sought after by audiences across the nation.
As president and CEO of Navistar, Carlbaum has been instrumental in driving the company's successes in North America, particularly after its merger with the TRATON GROUP in 2021. Under his leadership, Navistar has not only expanded its market share but has also significantly increased profitability. Carlbaum's dedication to fostering a sustainable future is evident through his commitment to initiatives such as the Science-Based Targets Initiative and the United Nations Global Compact, TRALA says.
