
Reading Truck donated a custom mechanics vehicle to the city of Reading Fire Department in Reading, Penn.
The one-of-a-kind truck has a custom-built Classic II Aluminum service body that was designed, manufactured and outfitted by Reading Truck with the collaboration of the city's emergency vehicle technician and deputy chief.

"This partnership with Reading Truck demonstrates the power of local businesses giving back to their community," says Mayor Eddie Moran. "Their generosity provides a direct benefit to our fire department and ultimately to the residents of Reading. I want to thank Reading Truck, Deputy Chief Glore and all involved for making this project a reality."
Reading Truck says the new truck will allow for better on-site maintenance and repair capabilities for the city's emergency vehicles.
