The American Truck Dealers (ATD), along with program sponsors Procede Software and Trucks, Parts, Service, have announced the nominees for the 2026 Truck Dealer of the Year.

ATD’s Truck Dealer of the Year award recognizes commercial-truck dealers for business performance, industry leadership and community service.

The nominees for 2026 award are:

  • Patrick Chastang, dealer principal and chief operating officer of Chastang Ford in Houston.
  • Patrick Jacobs, president of Carco International in Fort Smith, Ark.
  • Terry Martin, dealer principal and vice president of Martin’s Peterbilt in London, Ky.
  • Ryan Young, president of Young Trucks in Canton, Ohio.

A panel of judges from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business will select a winner and a runner up. The winner will serve as a guest lecturer at the university to share their story with students interested in entrepreneurship and will serve on the ATD Board of Line Representatives for a one-year term in a non-voting role.

Will Bruser of Truckworx earned the 2025 Truck Dealer of the Year Award at the ATD Show in January in New Orleans.

TPS will have more information about each finalist in the weeks leading up to the 2026 Truck Dealer of the Year award presentation, set for Feb. 5, 2026, at the 2026 ATD Show at The Wynn in Las Vegas.
