Who’s in the news: Our weekly trucking employment report

The following employment changes were announced to the trucking industry last week (Sept. 23-29, 2019).

The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) announced Deborah Ruane Sparks will assume the newly created role as vice president in January in anticipation of succeeding current President and CEO Ellen Voie upon her retirement in the coming years.
Talbert Manufacturing has named David Henderson as its dealer development manager, creating the position to support its growing dealer network.
Idealease has promoted Bill Young to national accounts area vice president.

TPS MarketPulse indicates recovery could be underway
