Inland Truck Parts & Service has completed construction of a brand-new facility and moved into the location at 6600 W. 70th St., in Shreveport, La.
Inland entered the Shreveport market through an acquisition in 2017 and has operated a successful heavy-duty truck parts and service there since. Offering full-service truck diagnostics and repairs along with parts sales and component repairs, ITP says this brand new 23,000 sq.-ft., facility will bring the capacity needed to serve the entire Shreveport market and raise the customer experience to a whole new level.

This new construction marks the 32nd stand-alone facility Inland has constructed. Inland locations are custom built to bring a one-stop experience to customers with modern design and equipment that supports an experienced staff of parts professionals as well as component and truck repair technicians. The new Shreveport service shop features ten drive-thru service bays for diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on all makes and models of trucks and equipment, the company says.

Inland’s new service shops are designed with state-of-the-art fluid transfer, shop ventilation, vehicle lifts and LED lighting. The company says their unique component shop design brings in-house remanufacturing, custom unit repairs and a dedicated driveline shop to the market. All shops are fitted with the latest equipment, including a wide range of diagnostic and testing capabilities that ensure problems are diagnosed accurately and solutions provide the customer with a lasting repair to minimize downtime.
