Old River Truck Sales held a soft opening for its fifth and newest location in Jennings, La., along I-10.
"Our new Jennings facility represents Old River's continued commitment to investing in Louisiana and strengthening our service network for customers throughout the region," says Lee White, president and CEO of Old River Companies. "This location allows us to better serve fleets and owner-operators along the I-10 corridor with the level of quality and responsiveness they've come to expect from Old River."
The new location is 50,000 square feet on 17 acres. It features full sales, service and parts operations for Mack, Volvo and Hino trucks. It also offers lease and rental options for both the Lafayette and Lake Charles markets.
Old River held a customer appreciation event to mark the opening on Sept. 25. It featured dinner, live music and facility tours, and was attended by Peter Voorhoeve, president of Volvo Trucks North America, and Jonathon Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America.
An official grand opening and open house will be held Oct. 29.
