SKF Vertevo, the spin off of SKF's automotive business, unveiled its racing-inspired branding.

SKF Vertevo, the spin-off of SKF's automotive business, now has it's own branding with a new website and social media channels.

"Our launch today is about more than a visual identity," saysSKF Vertevo logo in black text on white background Kerstin Enochsson, CEO of SKF Vertevo. "The brand is the face of our company, it shows our personality — what we stand, for what we passionate about and what our customers can expect from us."

"The launch of our brand is an important step on our journey toward becoming an independent company," says Viktoria Karsberg, head of global brand and communication at SKF Vertevo. "We are excited to begin building awareness of SKF Vertevo and to engage more directly with all our stakeholders as we prepare for our planned listing."

The separation was first announced in 2024 with the goal of increasing SKF Vertevo's ability to adapt faster to transforming global automotive marketsby allowing it to make independent business decisions and investments.

It's expected shares of the new company will be distributed later this month with the goal of listing on Nasdaq Stockholm on Dec. 1.
