Denso Products and Services Americas, Inc., has named Yijun “Henry” Peng general manager of its remanufacturing operations in Murrieta and Long Beach, Calif.
In the newly created position, the company says Peng is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Denso’s existing remanufacturing business, as well as its major expansion initiatives to meet growing market demand for top-quality reman products in the North America.
Denso’s Murrieta plant specializes in the remanufacturing of starters, alternators and diesel products. In recent months, the facility has added a new supply pump product line and expanded its fuel injector performance bench test capabilities. Denso says Peng was tapped for his expertise in all facets of remanufacturing – finance, operations and technology – to manage this increasingly significant segment of Denso’s aftermarket business.
“I am honored to join Denso at this exciting juncture,” says Peng, who will be responsible for all Denso’s remanufacturing operations. “I look forward to leading our teams to grow Denso’s aftermarket presence by expanding the supply and selection of superior reman products to customers throughout North America.”
Peng joins Denso with nearly 15 years of experience in the automotive and financial industries.
