D&W Diesel Inc. is taking its Exhaust Aftertreatment Seminars on the road. After a string of seminars around the Northeast earlier this year, D&W is continuing to train the industry on this market.
Although exhaust aftertreatment products have been available for years, industry knowledge has lagged, the company says. D&W developed its seminar after finding its customers frustrated with these products. Because they are expensive to replace and difficult to diagnose, customers were searching for ways to better understand these systems, D&W says.
D&W trainers Sean Wayne and Frank Janas provide an interactive seminar that is aimed to educate new and seasoned technicians and fleet managers. Each four-hour class covers modern maintenance practice, basic diagnostic tips and system relationships. Emphasizing how to use exhaust aftertreatment units properly, it illustrates how to successfully prevent reoccurring problems and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
The company says the seminars have been positively received as a much-needed addition to the industry. To register for an upcoming seminar, CLICK HERE.
