HDA Truck Pride members A&A Brake Service and All Systems Brake are merging to create an aftermarket powerhouse in New York.
A&A Brake Service is located in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was established in 1944. All Systems Brake was established in 1976 and has multiple locations on Long Island. With more than 125 years of combined knowledge, customer service, inventory management and more coming together, the merged companies will now be known as AA Systems Truck and Bus LLC.
AA Systems Truck and Bus will be led by Gerald Abatemarco, Richie Caiazza, and John Gallina. As the next generation of their respective family businesses, and having grown up in the industry, this new leadership will deliver value to their customers for years to come, the company says.
Additionally, the combined power of AA Systems Truck and Bus will enable for focused attention on current customers, expanding the customer base and enhanced operations for continued success into the future. The merger will drive even more value to customers and push the team to expand into new products and new markets, the company says.
