Maine Trailer announces the grand opening of a newly expanded parts showroom at its Hampden location.
Maine Trailer says the space is triple the size of the previous showroom, and allows for increased on hand supply of utility and cargo trailer parts, overhead storage for their parts warehouse, as well as expanded employee office space for the parts and service departments.
In addition to the parts checkout where customers can get information and help with specific trailer needs, the new showroom incorporates a service checkout window to provide faster, enhanced customer care from Maine Trailer’s trailer service department, the company says.
“Our customers’ needs are very important to us, and increasing our parts footprint has been in the works for quite some time,” says Ron Hathaway, COO. “We’re extremely happy to roll out these and other advancements in 2017.”
