KEA Advisors announced Tuesday it has added Roy Lampsa and Bob Ichniowski to its team of professional advisors.
Lampsa has more than 40 years of experience as a Class 8 technician, service manager and dealer principal, as well as a dozen years as an industry advisor. He is a former owner-operator of three OEMs and one trailer OEM. He will be specializing in superior “make it happen” customer service and dealer operations, KEA says.
Ichniowski comes to KEA Advisors with 11 years of dealership experience; he has held prior roles as general manager, vice president of Operations, COO and director of finance. He is an ATD Academy graduate, LEAN Six Sigma professional and specializes in operations and finance, with an expertise in forecasting, cash management and budgeting, KEA says.
