Horton, Inc., was honored with Daimler Mexico’s Product Support Award at its After-Sales Summit in June in Puerto Vallarta.
The award, which recognizes suppliers that provide outstanding product service and training to their dealers, builds upon Horton’s long-standing partnership with Daimler Mexico and their commitment to providing innovative customer solutions, the company says.
Horton says its comprehensive training program is designed to help dealers provide the best product recommendations and service to their customers. Through the use of in-depth training modules, interactive demonstrations and on-site support, the Horton Mexico team is able to solve engine problems in real-time and identify best practices for how to service and adapt a product to a vehicle. Most importantly, the training program helps dealers achieve success by providing the necessary tools for engine optimization, the company says.
