FTR announced Thursday it will hold a complimentary ‘State of Freight’ industry webinar next Thursday exploring the trucking outlook for 2018.
From freight demand to capacity and prices, 2017 was a very good year for many carriers. Will it continue into 2018? FTR says attendees will hear from FTR’s COO Jonathan Starks, and industry expert Avery Vise, as they discuss the key factors that will define trucking conditions in the coming year and address the prospects for individual industry segments.
The webinar is scheduled for 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018.
“Trucking conditions have been positive for the last year. Like many of you, we expect ELDs to keep capacity tight, so our focus on the economy and overall freight conditions will help you assess how well carriers will be able to maintain their current strength in the marketplace,” says Vise, vice president of Trucking Research at FTR.
