Phillips & Temro acquires EV infrastructure provider

Phillips & Temro Industries (PTI) has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure provider EVoCharge, which develops and manufactures electric vehicle supply equipment and its EVoReel cable management solutions.

The acquisition of EVoCharge increases the breadth of PTI’s sustainability offerings and supports its continued commitment to providing environmentally responsible, quality products for the electric vehicle/hybrid industry, PTI says.

“Over our 100-year history, PTI has continued to evolve to meet ever-changing customer needs. EVoCharge is a pioneer in the vehicle charging market. Together, our goal is to be the leader in charging solutions for consumer and commercial use,” says Tom Moser, PTI president.

“All of us at EVoCharge share PTI’s passion in providing innovative products and solutions for the transportation industry and embrace this milestone in our company’s history,” says Josh Kiewic, EVoCharge founder and CEO. “Consumers and fleets evaluating new electric and hybrid technologies will have the benefit of our combined expertise and resources and we look forward to providing additional new options that the market will embrace.”
