“The Carolina International Trucks team in Charleston, South Carolina is very pleased to have earned the prestigious designation of Certified Ultimate dealership by Hino Trucks,” says Kate Hanson, president and chief operating officer,  Carolina International Trucks. “To enhance our ability to serve our customers at ever higher levels, we made strategic investments in our facility’s appearance, hardware and tooling, and comprehensive training for our staff. We are proud to be counted among the 35 Certified Ultimate dealers for Hino Trucks in the United States who have met or exceeded the stringent criteria to achieve this designation.”

“It takes commitment, investment, and embracing continuous improvement to become Certified Ultimate,” adds Mark Mark Dysarz, senior manager of dealer development, Hino Trucks. “It is remarkable to see our program candidates transform their dealer operations through the acceptance process and almost immediately benefit.”
