For the third edition of its Dealership Performance Training webinar series, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) has enlisted the help of RV Technical Institute Subject Matter Expert and professional consultant Mark Podeyn.
During his upcoming presentation on May 30, NATDA says Podeyn will examine what today’s trends means for trailer dealers and why their parts departments may need refining.
NATDA says a study conducted by the RV Industry Association shows aftermarket consumers still prefer to make their parts and accessory purchases in a physical retail store, and Podeyn’s Parts & Accessories: Online vs. Brick & Mortar Sales presentation will discuss those behaviors in greater detail.
Podeyn is an NATDA Member Benefit provider and has been involved in the trailer and RV industry since 1987. He has been a sales person, a location manager, a multi-lot retailer, wholesale parts distributor, service technician and consultant. His current business, Action RV, in New Mexico is the premier trailer & RV service center in his state and his margins and profits are among the best in the business, NATDA says.
