The company says the Kalamazoo facility has important features that uphold the Idealease core values of Expertise, Responsiveness, and Stability — and improve vehicle uptime and operational efficiency for customers. In addition to a new and pre-owned truck sales department, the new facility has:
- A service department with 14 service bays — three of the bays are dedicated to Idealease Lease and Rental. The service department also has a wash bay and detail bay and diesel particulate filter (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) cleaning machines
- A body shop with eight bays and a paint booth, an alignment rack and a frame straightening rack
- A parts warehouse with $4 million in parts inventory and delivery service
