Located on 11 acres just off I-26 at Exit 119, The Pete Store says the dealership will feature 19 air-conditioned service bays and increase parts warehouse space by 300 percent.
“We first opened our doors in Columbia 10 years ago, and have since grown well beyond the capacity of our current facility,” says Greg Arscott, president, The Pete Store Southeast, “This investment represents our commitment to supporting customers in the area and to our staff who have made miracles happen in an undersized location for so long.”
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2020 with a total planned cost of $12 million. The larger facility will allow for the creation of 20 jobs, growing total employment at the dealership to 45.
