DexKo Global Inc. announced subsidiary Dexter Axle Company has acquired Silent Drive, which offers air suspensions for liftable tags and pushers, drive axle suspensions, as well as primary and auxiliary lift axles on trailers.

The Silent Drive acquisition is the first for DexKo in 2020 after completing five acquisitions in 2019, the company says.
