Fyda Freightliner announced Friday that all seven of its locations in its family of dealerships are now Elite Support Certified through Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA).
The achievement was accomplished through unwavering long-term commitment to customer support excellence and continuous improvement by the entire management and staff of Fyda Freightliner, the company says. The company’s dealer footprint spans from northern Kentucky across southern and middle Ohio and into western Pennsylvania and also includes small areas in Indiana, West Virginia, and New York.

Fyda Freightliner Barkeyville (Harrisville, Pa.) underwent their first certification process and became Elite Support Certified on Dec. 17, followed by Fyda Freightliner Western Star Zanesville (Zanesville, Ohio) achieving Elite Support certification on Dec. 18, 2019.
