McMahon Truck Centers expands through acquisition

04.20.McMahon KentuckianaMcMahon Truck Centers has acquired Kentuckiana’s Premier Truck Center for the greater Louisville, Ky., region.

With locations in Clarksville, Ind., and Louisville, Ky., the two-location dealership group represents Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, and Hino medium-duty trucks. The deal also includes growth in truck leasing with two new locations for McMahon Truck Leasing. Kentuckiana’s Premier Truck Center has been a family owned business since the late 1980s and was co-owned by Aaron Fruits and John O’Malley.
