Trucking veteran James R. Costa, Sr. has been named western area manager for Karmak, Inc. In his new capacity, Costa will manage Karmak’s sales operations and regional managers in the western U.S. and Canadian provinces.
Formerly, Costa served as area vice president for Idealease, Inc., as corporate marketing manager for Isuzu Motors America, Inc., as director of marketing for Rollins Truck Leasing and as director of sales and marketing, western U.S., for McDonnell-Douglas Truck Services. Costa began his career with Ryder Systems, Inc.
