Two-stage DPF Cleaning System

The first stage – the DPF Pulse Cleaner – is for ash cleaning and operates in less than 15 minutes, says the company. The second stage – the DPF Thermal Regenerator – is a seven-hour cleaning cycle for filters that become plugged because of engine component failure.

According to the company, both units offer minimal maintenance, are simple to operate and clean both active and passive DPF emissions devices.

Engine Metal Conditioner
Engineous USA has developed GO-15, an engine metal conditioner that uses proprietary metal lubricity technology to change the engine surfaces, the company says. The product uses the heat and friction from the engine to incorporate itself, and subsequently change, the chemical composition of the metallic surfaces of the inner engine parts.

Microscopic pits, depressions and irregularities are repaired, the company says, which in turn lowers metal-to-metal friction significantly.

Heated Windshield Wiper Blades
Everblades heated windshield wiper blades are made with an engineered EPDM rubber compound that maximizes wiping effectiveness and usable life compared to natural rubber and silicone rubber windshield wipers, according to W. N. Miller Co.

Ultra Nose Box Modular Power Delivery System
Grote unveils the J 560 Ultra Nose Box, which the company says solves the problem of cracked, corroded and crammed truck trailer junction boxes by providing a corrosion-resistant first line of defense from the powered unit to the main harness.

According to the company, the Nose Box was designed to minimize wiring mistakes and make it easier and faster to service on the road, minimizing downtime.

The box features 39 pin connections instead of the industry-standard 28, a push-on plug function, a glass-filled nylon housing and insert-molded pins that seal out moisture and corrosive materials. The design also includes molded, threaded brass inserts that ensure the nose box is locked down, and a special mounting gasket that protects against moisture.

Despite its larger dimensions, the Ultra Nose Box retains the same four-hole footprint, making it easy to retrofit any trailer, the company says.
