Caterpillar Inc. announced that Bill Fulton has been appointed marketing manager for Global On-Highway, replacing Steve Brown, who has retired.
In his new role as marketing manager, Fulton is responsible for all aspects of marketing, from product specification and merchandising programs to advertising and public communications, says the company.
