Two great events are on the horizon that will draw an international crowd to see the trucking industry’s newest products, participate in business-building seminars and watch free concerts from top musical acts.
The Great West Truck Show takes place this month, kicking off Thursday, June 26, and going through Saturday, June 28 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. This annual event dedicated to the Western U.S. will feature a truck beauty contest, educational seminars sponsored by the California Trucking Association, special appearances by the Chrome Shop Mafia and hundreds of truck, trailer, engine, parts and components exhibitors.

The tenth annual Great American Trucking Show takes place August 21-23 at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas. Last year, this event hosted nearly 50,000 attendee registrants and about 600 exhibitors. Over the past four years, attendance at the Great American Trucking Show has grown more than 20 percent and for three consecutive years the show has made Trade Show Week magazine’s “Fastest 50” list.

Heavy Duty Truck Tire Changer
The TCX620 HD heavy-duty truck tire changer from Hunter combines an electro-hydraulic power system with a mount-demount roller mechanism for fast, safe service of over-the-road truck wheels, including super-singles.
The twin rollers quickly and easily break beads and demount and mount tires without damage to the tire or rim, according to the company. The hydraulic-powered carriage shuttles the wheel sideways and positions it on a spindle that raises and lowers to accommodate various wheel sizes.
All spindle and wheel carriage operations are controlled from a single control box which is mounted on a pivoting arm that allows the technician to move about the tire changer as needed.

Heated Windshield Wiper Blades
Everblades heated windshield wiper blades are made with an engineered EPDM rubber compound that maximizes wiping effectiveness and usable life compared to natural rubber and silicone rubber windshield wipers, according to the company.
