Professional Technician magazine announced that it is hosting the Tech Expo at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas on August 22. The Tech Expo is the only dedicated technician event to be held at GATS.
The program will feature industry experts discussing career opportunities, realistic expectations, the importance of continued education and recognition and appreciation for the profession. After the presentation, there will be time for technicians to walk the exhibit and visit with program exhibitors. Around 250 attendees from Lincoln Tech and other regional schools are expected.
Companies interested in exhibiting and visiting with the attending technicians should call (800) 633-5953, ext. 1443 to reserve a space. A 24-company limit is in place, so act quickly. Sponsors also will receive a detailed list of attendees and students after the event for calls and mailings.
