Brochure highlights training capabilities

Hunter Engineering Company offers a brochure that highlights its training programs. The company annually trains thousands of under-vehicle service technicians at training centers located throughout the country.

Hunter has more than 30 regional training facilities including the Research and Training Center headquarters in St. Louis, Mo. Each regional facility has a full-time ASE-certified instructor and multiple training service bays that are fully equipped with the latest technology in under-vehicle service equipment.

Training classes maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio. Fewer than 10 students per class is the norm. This allows for interactive discussions and more time for students to work one-on-one with an instructor. The smaller class size provides more opportunity for hands-on experience. Classroom time is controlled so each student has an opportunity to apply his or her skills in a real-world environment.

Hunter offers alignment courses for entry-level, mid-level and experienced technicians. Course topics include heavy-duty truck and trailer, light-truck, SUV and passenger car alignment service. Other under-vehicle training courses educate technicians in advanced wheel balancing, vibration diagnosis, tire changing and brake machining procedures.
