Western Star Trucks announced it has entered into an agreement with TravelCenters of America to add Western Star ServicePoint branded repair services to Petro:Lube facilities at Petro Stopping Center locations.
Petro:Lube locations will become Western Star ServicePoint authorized providers at a select number of locations beginning now, according to the announcement, with complete network-wide support by this summer.
Services available to Western Star trucks include light repair and preventive maintenance checks, as well as factory authorized warranty service. According to the announcement, service work will be coordinated with the Western Star dealer network.
“Our new partnership with Petro:Lube not only makes minor maintenance more convenient for our customers, it also allows them to make just one stop for truck repairs, safety and comfort,” said Jack Conlan, senior vice president, service and parts for Daimler Trucks North America. “Western Star ServicePoint works in complement with our exceptional full-service Western Star dealer network to provide our customers with service options tailored to their needs. We are excited to team with Petro:Lube and know our drivers will appreciate the convenience and service this new relationship provides.”
