Innovative Products of America announced it is creating a national network of heavy-duty parts distributors. The company said that to support the new network, it is currently running a national marketing and advertising campaign in a number of owner-operator and fleet publications and will supply the sales leads that develop to qualified dealer and distributors.
“Recent crackdowns by state law enforcement agencies have resulted in thousands of citations for ABS and trailer light violations, resulting in those vehicles being placed out of service,” said John Dickson, vice president of IPA’s heavy-duty sales and marketing. “As the economy improves the movement of freight and vehicle mileage will also increase. Having the most up-to-date tools and diagnostic equipment will be an extremely important aspect in shortening customer downtime.”
